The grilling classes at BBQ Hill are probably some of the best experiences with the most delicious meat combination recipes that one could ever think of. I have been to four so far, and the tailgate class I went to last Saturday was no different. I came down from Huntsville to meet up with a USAF friend I haven't seen in 13 years and take him to the class. He told me the class surpassed his expectations with all the great dishes and how to cook them along with some good tips and tricks. The southern hospitality was another that really stuck out for him and the way all the chefs and the host were very personable and friendly. We were taught how to prepare and cook Beer Can Chicken, Spatchcock Chicken, Brisket Mac N Cheese, Cowboy Dip, Pinwheel Steaks, Jalapeno Poppers wrapped in Bacon with Halls Sausage, and Chili Empanadas. The food they cook for you is extremely bountiful. I promise, every time I have been there for a class, I have never left hungry. They also have an excellent selection of seasonings, sauces, pepper jellies, and even some Halls Sausage or other cuts of meat to go. Another great class in the books for BBQ Hill!!
