2 C Extra Long Grain Rice
2 C Water
2 C Beef Stock or Brisket Juice
1 Pound Chopped Brisket
½ Stick Unsalted Butter
3-4 Garlic Cloves
1 Pound Fresh Vegetables
½ C Soy Sauce
¼ Tbsp Sesame Oil
3-4 Eggs
¼ C Green Onions

  1. Cook rice in water/beef stock. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Heat brisket and chop into bite size pieces.
  3. Add ½ – 1 Tbsp of butter and cook vegetables. Add garlic.
  4. Add 1-1 ½ Tbsp of butter and cook rice. Add soy and sesame oil.
  5. Make a space in the middle of the pan by moving the mixture aside. Melt 1-1 ½ Tbsp of butter and
    scramble the eggs.
  6. Mix all together. Season with Bama-Q Butter Bomb and Intensify to taste. Add green onions.
