Ingredients
1 Pound Elbow Noodles
1 24 oz Block of Cheese
4 oz Sour Cream
20 oz Half and Half
4 oz Velveeta
3 C Cooked Brisket or Pork

Directions

  1. Boil noodles and drain.
  2. Shred all the cheese.
  3. Combine noodles, sour cream and about 6-8 oz of the cheese.
  4. In a pan on medium/low heat, combine 10-12 oz of cheese, Velveeta and Half and Half. Stir until
    smooth, then pour over noodles, add brisket/pork and blend well.
  5. Put into baking pan, cover and cook for 30 minutes at 350F degrees.
  6. After 30 minutes uncover, add the rest of the cheese to the top and broil on low until the top is
    brown…about 6-10 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 15-30 minutes.
