Ingredients
1 Pound Elbow Noodles
1 24 oz Block of Cheese
4 oz Sour Cream
20 oz Half and Half
4 oz Velveeta
3 C Cooked Brisket or Pork
Directions
- Boil noodles and drain.
- Shred all the cheese.
- Combine noodles, sour cream and about 6-8 oz of the cheese.
- In a pan on medium/low heat, combine 10-12 oz of cheese, Velveeta and Half and Half. Stir until
smooth, then pour over noodles, add brisket/pork and blend well. - Put into baking pan, cover and cook for 30 minutes at 350F degrees.
- After 30 minutes uncover, add the rest of the cheese to the top and broil on low until the top is
brown…about 6-10 minutes. - Let cool for 15-30 minutes.
