Ingredients
6 Tbsp Flour
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 C Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
2 C Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare a frozen or refrigerated pie crust according to package directions
  2. In a medium bowl sift together flour, cocoa powder and sugar
  3. Mix egg yolks into dry ingredients
  4. Next, slowly stir in milk pouring it in a little at a time
  5. Transfer into a medium sauce pan and cook over medium heat until mixture becomes thick
  6. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Stir to combine
  7. Transfer to a baked pie crust and chill in the refrigerator for an hour to 24 hours
  8. Store leftover pie in the fridge for up to three days
